TGIM Workout: Full bodyweight workout, which will increase your muscle strength, balance and flexibility. Train in the comfort of your own home, with the benefits of an effective workout and proven results. All our coaches are fully qualified level 3 personal trainers and DBS checked.

TUESDAYS
Abs Blast: Concentrated abdominal exercises to strengthen your core and the muscles around your spine. This will also help to improve posture; weak core muscles can lead to poor posture, lower back pain and muscle injuries. All our coaches are fully qualified level 3 personal trainers and DBS checked.

THURSDAYS
Boost your heart health, de-stress and most importantly have some fun! This is a calorie burning dance workout, which can help you drop body fat fast and tone your body. Fully qualified Zumba instructor and DBS checked.
